We were very privileged to be asked by Saoirse’s mum Bernie if we would like to both sample and taste her scones for “Ireland’s Best Scone Award”. What better class to have some fun baking scones with only Junior Infants. Thanks Bernie, we are happy to taste your scones anytime…..
What a busy few weeks it has been all round our school. Junior Infants were busy baking for class of the week, eating ice cream on Fun and Friendship Day and dressing up as book characters for World Book Day. 
Louise’s class were both scared and excited when they luckily got to see and touch a giant snake, a lizard, a snapping turtle, a tortoise and even a crocodile!!

Junior Infants designed witch’s hats, mixed spells in cauldrons, became actors and got messy with slime during our Room on the Broom Aistear . 
Louise’s class have been having fun in our very own clothes shop and becoming fashion designers.
Junior Infants visited Woodfield house. They milked cows, blew giant bubbles and even had a straw and sponge fight. 
Louise’s class had fun experimenting with colour mixing, aswell as planting, fruit tasting and ‘gardening’.
